Open Shop
I'm planning on putting in some time at the shop to build a pair of bikes for some friends who are getting married soon. If anyone wants to come by, hang out, or use the shop, then I'll be there from maybe 7:30 until I feel like leaving. This is at 4001 Cottage ave. Tuesday night is when I'm planning this.
Brian, you missed a good game yesterday. I might stop by to scrounge for parts. I might also drop some stuff off, I know Jen won't mind if i get rid of a bike frame or two.
Any parts you are particularly in need of?
I've got a chess meeting tomorrow evening (5:30 until probably 9). If you guys are still going at it after 9 I could swing by...
BMX wheels, tubes and tires. Especially rear wheels with coaster brakes. The kids prefer those, but I'll just make them start building 24's if we don't get any in.
I haven't been working with adults that much, but I would some 27" tires if we start putting out some road bikes. (Thanks for that set, BTW. They're still in the shop, but I want to make sure they go to someone who can really use them).
