So what's the deal for this Sunday? We can play in the mud again, or on a parking lot (in the rain but we'd have ok traction), or we could play under that overpass and stay dry. We'll just have to sweep it out first to clear out the glass. I could bring some big push brooms if we decided to try that.

I would really like to play under the bridge, but it is going to take a large group to get it clean enough to play.
i'd volunteer to help clean up at the bridge. i can bring a normal broom, trash bags, and brewskies.
who has pics of all the fun i missed last weekend?
Last weekend I met Lindsey and she told me I should check out y'all's bike polo game. I've never played. I had to work last Sunday but I'm off this weekend and I'd really like to give it a try. I've got my own bike but no mallet. I'm down to help clear out under this bridge if there's room for me to join in on Sunday. tommccarthyphoto@gmail.com
Ok, it looks like we're down for playing under the overpass. Let's say 2pm and we'll start sweeping. I don't think it will take that long with a bunch of us and some push brooms. Bring a broom if you can, but I know I can bring a couple.
Hey, can someone post the directions? I don't quite remember how to get there.
Tom, a bike is all you need. We have the mallets.
I'd like to join you guys but does anyone have a bike I can borrow? Otherwise I have an old Mongoose I can use if I can find a rigid fork to put on it. Let me know. :O)
We have a ton of extra mallets. We are working on some extra polo bikes for people to use. The location of the over-pass is Thurman @ I-44. It is north of Shaw by 1 block. I will post a map.
What size fork do you need? I have some threaded.
I need a 1 and 1/8th threadless fork, preferably a rigid. It's a size 16 inch bike so the steerer tube needs to be around 6-7 inches i believe. I have another bike but i'm very hesitant to use it since i just put an expensive wheelset on it. Last time I played someone hit the rear wheel with a mallet destroying the wheel.
