It's coming...

Start thinking...!

I guess maybe we can discuss practical stuff like registration sometime soon, too.

Can we also discuss registration money going to someone else's bank account? I don't really have the spare cash to front money for the Lock-In this year.

King said...

Yes yes yes yes yes

Not sure if you all talked, but at the lafayette, IN tournament this weekend, all anyone wanted to talk about was how to get a spot in this years lock-in.

I heard lock in tickets are going for $150-$200 a piece on stubhub this year.

Lock in meeting this Wednesday night after polo! Please come if you are interested in helping out/planning. Attendance at polo itself not required, but it would be wonderful to see all of your lovely faces on the court.

handlebar at 10:15 unless anyone wants to switch things up? won't be too long of a meeting...

Anonymous said...

$100 tickets!

Let's see who pays.

Anonymous said...

We should have a premium on people coming to the Lock In from far away.

Florida? You're in!
Maine? You're in!
Patagonia? You're in!

Why not open a Paypal acct. for reg. fees?

Anonymous said...

What is paypal?

Anonymous said...

Only Cashiers checks sent via registered mail will be accepted, or $6.66 in pennies.

Anonymous said...

We've done PayPal in the past. The problem is that they hold your money and limit the amount you can withdraw.

So someone gets stuck fronting the money while the registration fees are in PayPal purgatory.

^^^ this is why we're meeting tonight. Easier to deal with these sorts of issues in person than trying to hash it out in mostly anonymous blog comments.

. After polo lock in planning party at HandleBar @10:15.

F'real raise the price. Include more party(if that's even possible).

Anonymous said...

The price for admission is now $100. All of the extra revenue is to go toward craft services.

Anonymous said...

Craft services are going to be all over this lock in.
