This new location is just a couple of blocks from the Shrewsbury MetroLink Station. Might be nice for some folks.
This Sunday will be the premier of "the bee". My latest mallet prototype. Write up at madbikepolo.org
Show we make a reservation?
"For information or other reservations and permits, call the Parks Division offices: 289-5300"
I'll call 'em this morning.
Sunday from 2-6?
"Roller hockey rinks are not rented out or reserved. First come first served."
I'll bring the grass ball along just in case.
Do you have 6 grass mallets?
Alas, this court has lights!!! The south side needs the lights repaired, but at least half of it is lit. no a bad ride to get there either, and just a mile from the train. We may have a good spot.
iI do not have 6 graass mallets. Ours kind of fell apart. I do have my nice one.
Is there a phone tree? There's a lot of names that I don't see here who may want to know we've changed locations.
No, but there is a "phone cactus". Trent is a giant Saguaro, with each nettle representing a phone number. On Sunday mornings these nettles turn into text messages about bike polo. It is this way, and this way alone that STL Bike Polo schedules.
I may try to swing by with my youngest so he can watch.
I'm down with polo at lindenwood. what time are we talkin? 2? 3? this is today, right, the 22nd of june?
